Silicone Roof Pros ("we", "us") restores commercial flat roofs in Texas and Pennsylvania. This page explains what happens to the information you give us on siliconeroofpros.com. The short version: we use it to answer you about your roof, and we do not sell it.
What we collect
Only what you type into our forms, plus the map details you choose to share:
- Quote and contact forms: your name, email address, phone number, property address, and anything you add about your roof (roof type, current issues, timeframe, or a message).
- Satellite quote tool: the location you pin on the map, the roof outline you draw, and the estimated square footage and price range the tool calculates from it.
- Callback form: your name and phone number.
- Newsletter: your email address.
We do not ask for payment details, and we do not run advertising trackers on this site.
How we use it
- To prepare your estimate and contact you about it by phone or email.
- To schedule and carry out an inspection if you ask for one.
- To send occasional roof-care updates if you subscribed to the newsletter. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Who we share it with
We never sell or rent your information. We share it only where it is needed to answer you:
- Our regional partner. If your property is in Pennsylvania, your request may go to our local partner there so he can prepare your quote.
- Service providers that run the site. Form submissions are processed and stored by our website host, Netlify. The address search and satellite map are provided by Google Maps, which receives the addresses you search for and the map areas you view, under Google's privacy policy.
- When the law requires it. For example, in response to a valid legal request.
Cookies
Our own pages set a single cookie, which only remembers that you have already seen our "before you go" pop-up so it does not appear again for a while. Google Maps and Google Fonts may set or read their own cookies when the map and fonts load.
How long we keep it
We keep quote and contact details for as long as we need them to work with you, and to keep a record of quotes and warranties we have issued. If you would like us to delete your information, ask us and we will, unless we must keep a record for warranty or legal reasons.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information you have sent us, or ask us to stop contacting you. Email siliconeroofpros@gmail.com or call (832) 303-3183.
Children
This site is for commercial property owners and managers. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
